Training

Compass Building and Construction Services is committed to maintaining the highest standards of training in the industry.

As a result over 95% of our staff are fully accredited under the Construction Skills accreditation scheme. In fact, all of our operational personnel are CSCS accredited and a structured training plan has been developed and put in place in conjunction with Construction Skills. We encourage all our staff in to continuing professional development that help us deliver on our commitments to our customers.

As a minimum standard, all of our site staff also hold a current site managers certificate and a first aid qualification with most also having additional training in asbestos awareness and scaffold appreciation and inspection.

We are currently going through a training push right now, renewing site manager qualifications and adding safe scaffolding qualifications to the range. As part of our ongoing improvement scheme we aim to have all our site management teams qualified in the correct use and maintenance of scaffolding this month.
