The client sought to repurpose an existing health and wellbeing (spa) area of their property into a more leisure orientated facility.
The works required significant complex structural alterations to enable the conversion to take place including the provision of additional strengthening, alterations to floor levels, demolition of redundant building sections, upgrade of existing fabric and wholesale renewal of finishes throughout.
The finished layout incorporated a private cinema, snooker hall, private bar, seating area, restrooms, fitness zone and external patio.
The project was completed timeously, on budget to the client’s prescribed qualitative standards and stated satisfaction.
