Compass Building are pleased to have broken ground on their latest private housing offering in Drumnadrochit following the acquisition of the site from Loch Ness Homes Ltd.
This latest niche development will see the construction of 37 no. new 2, 3 and 4 bed private dwellings whilst also delivering a further 6 no. units for the Highland Housing Alliance which will be targeted at the mid market rent sector.
Commenting on the onset of the works T Macleod noted that this represented a huge vote of confidence in the area and local economy noting that Compass Building have a long association of operating in and around Glenurquhart over the course of the last 15 years.
