Compass Building and Construction Services Ltd are proud to be one of the leading employers of construction apprentices within the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, a fact underlined by previously having the title “CITB SME Apprentice Employer of the Year” conferred upon us.
A key part of our future development plans is organic growth through providing industry recognised apprenticeships for men and women over the age of 16. Since 2013 we have had 41 apprentices successfully complete their apprenticeships. We presently have 14 Modern apprentices learning their craft and 5 Graduate Apprentices. We also have 12 apprentices with our sister company, Orbis Services Ltd.
The annual apprenticeship recruitment and selection process typically commences in April/May with employment commencing in mid-July.
