The final phase of the Campbell’s Farm development in Broadford has now been successfully handed over by Compass Building & Construction Services, marking the completion of a significant affordable housing project that has delivered much-needed homes for the local community.

Phase 6 comprises 20 new homes, including 12 houses and 8 flats, providing a mix of high-quality accommodation designed to meet local housing demand. Of the 20 properties, 15 homes have been delivered for Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association, with the remaining 5 homes provided for Albyn Housing Society. This phase represents the culmination of Compass Building & Construction Services’ involvement at Campbell’s Farm, having previously delivered Phases 2, 4 and 5 of the wider development.

In addition to the construction of the new homes, the project included the extension of the existing access road and the installation of all associated infrastructure, including utility services, drainage systems and parking facilities required to support the development. The newly created street within the site has been named Beinn View Road.
