Our latest commission for Highland Coast Hotels saw us complete the refurbishment of the historic Plockton Inn during the first 12 weeks of 2023. Following acquisition, the Client sought to modernise all areas of the hotel through the upgrading of services, renewal of wall tiling, installation of new sanitary ware, full redecoration, floor finishes and new furniture fixtures and fitments throughout. Ancillary buildings were also constructed, one building to enhance storage and augment laundry facilities and one building for use as an office for the hotel management.
This is the second such significant commission that the group have undertaken for Highland Coast Hotels with similar, albeit more extensive, works having been undertaken at Royal Marine Hotel in Brora the previous year.
The successful completion of both projects underscores the truly pan highland capability of Compass operating from the North East coast to the West coast, supporting the needs of likeminded repeat business clients in their geographic expansion.
