Compass Welcomes 4 New Apprentices as it Continues to Invest in the Future

Compass Decorative Logomark Section Seperator

Compass Building and Construction Services Ltd is delighted to welcome 4 new recruits to the business as part of our ongoing commitment to developing the next generation of construction professionals.

Joining Compass this year are:

  • Calum Fraser – Apprentice Joiner
  • Alfie MacKenzie – Apprentice Joiner
  • Daniel Murray – Apprentice Joiner
  • Charlie MacLennan – Apprentice Construction Technician

The new apprentices recently completed a comprehensive induction programme, which included health and safety training, wellbeing sessions, occupational health screening, site visits, introductions to the various construction trades and guidance on their apprenticeship qualifications. The programme provided an opportunity to meet key members of the Compass team and gain an understanding of the company’s values, standards and commitment to quality.

These appointments reflect Compass’ long-standing commitment to investing in local talent and developing future construction professionals. Each of the new recruits will benefit from practical site experience, mentoring and structured training as they begin their careers in the industry.

The appointments are designed to consolidate and futureproof the shape and ongoing success of the business whilst recognising and enabling its organic growth through internal development at grassroots level.

Everyone at Compass extends a warm welcome to Calum, Alfie, Daniel and Charlie and we look forward to supporting them as they develop their skills and careers with the company.
