Compass Building are pleased to confirm the completion of the most recent housing development at Campbell’s Farm Phase V, Broadford, Isle of Skye.
This project, which was a tri-partite undertaking between Compass Building, Lochalsh and Skye Housing Association and the Scottish Government has seen the provision of 12 nr. new private and affordable homes delivered into much needed housing stock for the local area.
The first of the new tenants to take advantage of the priority purchase scheme (a scheme aimed at providing homes for locally based and/or economically active people) moved into their new home on 1st February 2024, with other occupations expected in the coming weeks.
