March Marks the 3500 Milestone

March 2024 marked a network of 3500 accredited Living Wage employers and Compass Building are pleased to be one of these employers. We are proud to be part of the collective effort to ensure everyone gets paid fairly. Together we have delivered a pay rise to over 64,000 workers and put over £485 million into the pockets of low paid workers. Here’s to the next 3500!
