On August 30th 2022, Ryan, at the young age of 54, after a short illness, very sadly passed away. Ryan, in his role as Site Manager, was a loyal, diligent and hardworking member of the Compass team who gave everything he could to the business.
In addition to the time and devotion Ryan committed to his family and work Ryan was a very keen wildlife photographer. We were therefore pleased to play a supporting role in the locating of two handcrafted benches in his memory. The first one was sited at Redcastle on the Black Isle, which was a favourite place of Ryan’s and the second one has recently been erected at the Merkinch Nature Reserve in the South Kessock area of Inverness.
These benches will allow all those that share Ryans appreciation of the natural environment a place to relax and reflect on the beauty that surrounds us.
